Custard Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a small saucepan.
- Over medium-low heat, whisk continuously until combined and slightly thickened (5β10 minutes).
- Serve warm, or refrigerate to chill.
Tip: Whisk constantly for a silky dairy-free custard texture.
Ice Cream Instructions:
- Freeze custard in an airtight container for 6 hours or overnight.
- Roughly chop frozen custard and blend in a food processor until smooth.
- Serve immediately or return to freezer. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving to soften.
