Method
- Place a saucepan of water on the stove and bring to boil.
- Break cauliflower into small florets and add to boiling water. Cover with a lid and boil for 5 minutes or until soft.
- Drain and return cauliflower to the saucepan.
- Add butter, cream cheese, and sour cream. Mash with a potato masher or fork until smooth.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
