Method
- Add sugar to a bowl and whisk to remove lumps.
- Add cream, cacao powder, and vanilla extract.
- Beat with a hand mixer until soft peaks form.
- Continue until thick and creamy.
- Spoon into serving dishes and chill for 30 minutes before serving.

- Do not overwhip — stop once thick and smooth
